Here you can really relax after a hard day's work, the sightseeing tour through Kelheim or the hike to the Liberation Hall.

The bright kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a simple pizza or your absolute favorite meal. Sufficient crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and sharp knives are provided. Basics such as salt, pepper, oil, sugar, organic coffee capsules, tea, dishcloths and sponges, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs and 2 tea towels per kitchen are of course available.

The large living room is the heart of this apartment. On the cozy sofa you can feel at home and really switch off! Enjoy your favorite movie or series on NETFLIX on the large 55 inch Smart TV. Or surf the World Wide Web with high-speed WiFi (200 mbit/s). If required, the couch can be converted into a comfortable bed. This creates a lying area of 1.40 x 2.00 m, on which 1 additional person can find restful sleep.

The inviting dining area behind the sofa invites you to dine comfortably, get together or play board games.

The large roof terrace offers a wonderful view of the Liberation Hall - Kelheim's landmark. Come rain or shine, sit in the covered terrace lounge and let your gaze wander over the old town.

There is also a Weber gas grill (gas bottles on site) for cozy barbecues with your loved ones.

The large bedroom has a very comfortable 1.6m x 2.0m box spring bed ready for you, so that you can start the day in top shape again the next day.

In the smaller bedroom there is a 0.9m x 2.0m box spring bed.

The house is on a quiet side street, so you can sleep in without any noise pollution.

In the large bathroom, not only a chic bathtub with shower facilities awaits you, but also plenty of fresh towels. Soap for washing hands and a powerful hair dryer are of course available.

There are enough hangers for business travelers as well as an iron and ironing board.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor.

There is space for bicycles to be parked in the uncovered inner courtyard.

The washing machine is on the ground floor. Please follow point 5. Washing machine of the instructions "Important information" in your apartment.

Notes

Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. So you should be fit enough to climb the stairs.

In summer it can get warmer due to the location on the 2nd floor. Fans are available.

Check-in is possible from 3 p.m., check-out is at 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

You can park for a maximum of 2 hours free of charge (Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.) in the street in front of the house. It's well controlled.

For longer parking times, we recommend the P6 Aumühle car park, which is free all day and is a 3-minute walk away.

Neighbourhood

The apartment building is quietly located in downtown Kelheim.

It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the Liberation Hall and about 1.5 hours to the Weltenburg Monastery.

A few steps away are many restaurants and cafes as well as smaller supermarkets.

The Kelheimer shopping center or the Edeka Dillinger are only a few minutes away by car.

A playground for the little ones is 300m away up the road to the left next to a large free car park on the Danube.
